Thank you for re-posting the link, I appreciate it. This doesn't tell us a lot, but it's still more than I've heard from any of our leaders. First I thought I just had to survive until the end of September, now it seems I have to hope I'm still around at the end of October.

Bottom line, in 2006 EDMC had a choice to keep things growing at a moderate pace or get really greedy by selling out. I believe at the time they told all the employees who had stock that they would be forced to give it up so the deal could go through. It was bought back at the market price. That is how Goldman Sachs became the new overlord. EDMC knew what they were doing, new how risky it was, new how much money top management would make. They sold the school, the students and teachers down the river. Then the comedy of bumbling errors ensued.
