Why is everyone believing this? None of the links work, a search of various terms such as "Heald sold", "Corinthian sells Heald", and just "Heald" produce absolutely nothing except for some old news articles when they first announced the deal with DOE. Heald didn't sell. I guarantee all employees would have received emails celebrating the big news. You are all so gullible.

It's the two investment groups supporting the sale. I I think West is the mediator to see the transaction.
Interesting. It says the sale has a termination deadline of November 27th. If they don't get everything squared away with the monitor, AG, WASC, etc.... Does that mean the Deal is off? That's a lot of ends to finalize.
