From some of the posts I've seen the last few months, I would say that ship has sailed.

Yeah, I got a postal mail to opt out of giving my contact info to the class action attorneys filing against CCI. It's unlikely that anything will come of the class action, but if something would, I sure as hell wouldn't give up my ability to claim.
Of course, because we are such dedicated employees who believe and support anything mgmt says.
