So many gone from CSC - power positions - today the last day - end of payroll for the period - probably end of all payroll and they let their friends go so they don't work for two weeks for free. Ugh, the end is near and I still haven't found a job to go to.

395- Some former employees have actually figured put how to set up individual, private email acounts. :)
-Faculty - If they were "layed off" , they wouldn't have an active account to use their email to say goodbye. Most likely resignations. Those who get the "boot" are deactivated on the network immediately!
No layoffs at CSC, resignations -YES- layoffs NO!

We found out by several co-workers sending good bye emails and well wishes. We are still waiting to find out who else is gone.
282 - In 30 yrs I have never worked anywhere that executives explained layoffs with an internal email.
So what exactly happened? I haven't heard about or seen any memo from the Execumatives. I guess the beatings will continue until morale improves.
