This asshole Computer Science PD, RT blowing up my email, sending useless information. It's not like we're not grown adults, with the constant reminders of this and that. Most, if not all of the instructors have Masters Degrees. Just today, I've already got 2 reminders of faculty expectations, weekly outreach and office hours. Frankly, the only one I'm really concerned with is the course count. He needs to go back to New Jersey and teach English. This guy has got to go.

Yes, to receive SIX and yes I mean SIX nothingness emails from him on Saturday, I have decided that I am going to start responding to each email that he sends with a one work response. I figure if at least 10 instructors can respond to each email he sends, when he sends 6 emails, he can get 60 nothingness responses back and hopefully get the message! The OP gave an accurate assessment of this guy! He has never had a title in a post secondary academic environment higher than adjunct. I have no clue how he got this position.
I have never seen a document "Faculty Expectations" revised the number of times it has in 12months.. and there is no grace period adjustment either.. I find it hard to believe that the this CS PD, he who shall remain nameless, (richard), can even push out the crap he does...and I truly feel for the PL's, these were once either full time or adjunct instructors who now have to babysit not only their courses of students, but their assigned faculty as well. There is nothing wrong with sharing the workload, but what I am sure infuriates the adjunct staff and PL's is when "He who shall not be named" (richard) sends out a e-mail that something is going to happen or change with expectations, or talisma recording, only to have a 2nd e-mail stating the exact opposite 5min later, why not wait until you have final word before sending out an e-mail, it will help your credibility and people might take you seriously for once.

Late policy is three cut off periods instead if letting a student turn everything in. It's a little better, I guess. I didn't get a new outreach or a cancelation notice. But my PD doesn't send anything. Ever.
What is the new late policy at Everest? I am ECPO and we didn't get anything like that.
The new Late Policy is a joke. Another joke is the revised, and now cancelled (unsurprisingly) new Outreach policy.
Just got that email from Kathleen Malony this morning.
You know what... Everest has until 8:00am EST tomorrow morning to confirm that students are enrolled in my course, or I will not even bother setting it up.

You obviously don't know this guy. Pushing back is not an option.
