Wow, 414. Maybe those that are performing quite well could share best practices with the leadership currently under investigation. A bit late, but better late than not in this lifetime.
A common mistake with people who follow the media, is to believe that all schools are performing equally. The truth is, with 100 schools spread out across the country, in various demographic areas, some schools have been performing quite well and have never had a serious problem with record keeping or student outcomes.
Maybe ECMC is only buying the 'profitable' schools. lol.
