This is non-sense. Corinthian is a publicly traded company, if a deal has been agreed upon they would have to file an 8-K with the SEC within 3 days.

I don't believe 82 percent of Everest campuses are sold, maybe a couple dozen Everest campuses to ECMC. Interesting regarding Apollo, maybe Wyotech and or Heald. I find it hard to believe that this administration in the White House and DOE would go to such extremes to dissolve CCI and turn around and approve the sale to another for profit. I'm calling BOGUS on the Apollo post
It's only illegal if the legal poster is found to have profited by the info he it she posted.

Funny! Legal team would have signed nondisclosures and could not reveal that. In addition, professionally would not post to a troll, er, 'employee' websites.
Last announcement was that ECP was going to a nonprofit, so that would rule out Apollo Group.
