Carol DiBattiste, the company's top legal and security officer, pulled in $2.2 million in total compensation, including a $484,000 bonus for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2014. Are you kidding me? No wonder they are loosing money. Who gives out six figure bonuses when a company is failing and defaulting on their loans? So someone did a good job and saved you from the drain? Well good job, why do they get a six figure bonus, THAT WAS THEIR JOB. I thought the era of big companies rewarding management in the midst of failing had gone out of style a decade ago, but apparently not.
