Corporations do not file Chapter 7. That's only for PERSONAL bankruptcy.
BK is a done deal. The judge doesn't have much latitude in denying a BK petition.

It's over folks. NO ONE will buy CCI because of all the lawsuits. CA AG makes it pretty clear that whoever "buys" CCI gets to deal with the lawsuits. Not happening folks. CCI IS filing for BK during the first week of December.

Reality Check. DOE has no say on whether or not CCI will file for BK. CCI can and certainly has pressured NOT to file BK. We will find out soon enough. You heard it from me first. And you hear it again. CCI files Ch 7 BK in the first week of December.
