@087 you obviously do not understand the judicial system. Bankruptcy Courts are Federal Courts, Federal Judges are appointed for life and cannot be removed except for treason or malfeasance.

Better go retake your Everest U Criminal Justice class, a BK Judge cannot be removed from the bench except under very , very extreme situation and requires majority vote of the Senate
