What happens to the CSC in denver and California?

It's going to depend on the marketing strategy ECMC decides to do going forward. The fact that ECMC will be non-profit doesn't mean that can't do aggressive marketing. We can either take a "wait-and-see" attitude or find another place to work. What bothers me at the moment is that the Denver Contact Center isn't even half full of agents.
Nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah nah, hey hey hey, goodbye. That call center/boiler room was the deciding factor in the down fall of the for profit college industry. We have admissions reps at each campus and that's all we need. Not a room full of potheads calling prospective students over and over and over again. CSC was never needed.
