What's so fun about CSW is that after all of the layoffs 8, 9, 10 I lost track it is STILL about %5 of the population holding the fort. With every layoff they got rid of some people that had it coming, but then they would sprinkle in some very valuable employees that were crucial to the divisions survival, what they didn't kiss your butt every time you passed in the hall or they made the huge mistake of telling you managers how things really are going? They now have almost no one to fill key spots that require hard to get clearances, or the software people that knew things that no one has ever bothered to learn.
It is the worst - if you were around during the Golden Age before the current group of inbreds were running things....before the running/climbing clique all promoted each other. For a time all you had to do was join the running club or take A.R.T. on a climb and you promoted, of course we all know how she was promoted wink wink....her and all for worthless friends.....before this time thing were good at CSW, it actually mattered if worked or not.
Hey I have worked at six companies (that I can recall) and only got laid off from one! But that proves nothing because I just might be the absolutest worse.

Why do you think it isn't the "absolute worse" (should be "worst", BTW) place to work. If you've worked for six different companies, you might want to consider if you're the absolute worst employee.
We'll, I worked at six companies so far, I would not call L3 a good company to work for but I've seen many places that are much worse. Why do you think that L3 is the absolute worse?
