Visits are coming this month. Please exercise emotional intelligence. Be hopeful. SAE US must rise above this.

They streamlined decisions through group USA. Yeah, I agree that at least group should have consulted with Campus Directors, but the C level management along with Hr should have known better. Navitas and SAE Global just trusted the C level management too much not knowing that THeY were the problem.
The "genius" should have thought about doing the visit before making layoffs instead of after the fact. He's trying to do damage control to a mess that could have been avoided and/or better managed if he had taken the time out to visit the campuses to access what the issue(s) are, what departments needed downsizing and/or who was really working or not. Then after doing so sit down with the campus leaders to then come up with a plan on what needed downsizing or what could remain intact. But I guess pulling names out of a hat works better.
Yes A51106 and so the BS continues
Ah, the famous feel good visit, enforcing the corporate vision. Checking in to see who drinks the corporate Kool-Aid. Drink up or lose your jobs boys and girls.
I think the blogger meant for those who name call, or use poor language to be conscientious of how they present themselves on here. Some have by intelligently expressing their frustration, while others have not and name called or hit below the belt. Time heals all... Those who were laid off as well as those who were left behind.
Its hard to exercise emotional intelligence when you can't understand the intelligence of why some lost their jobs and why some didn't. Its also hard to exercise emotional intelligence when a month or so prior we were lead to believe the school is growing, making money, heading to the next level then out of the blue layoffs. I hear what you are saying but when workers are blindsided with layoffs and in the aftermath workers see those who are at fault for the shortcomings that caused the layoff are still getting a paycheck..........well what you have is people questioning the intelligence of those who made these decisions
We unfortunately lose our emotional intelligence as a reaction to the lack of business intelligence at the Miami corporate office.
Whoever YOU are, I hope you have the chance to speak with the interim CEO
