CCi still exists as a corporation. ECMC and CCi have only signed a definitive agreement to sell the 56 campuses, etc. All of the CA campuses are still owned and will be operated by CCi until they are either sold, taught out, or CCi declares bankruptcy. Therefore, Jack and all the executives at CCi will remain until they resign, are replaced, or put in jail.
