How can Hawn send offer letters if the deal to buy CCi hasn't been finalized? Is a mid December "all parties" signoff date realistic? Even with all the Drinker Biddle attorneys and their shady connections working on it, I don't think so. Anything sent to employees before consummation of the smelly deal (unless it is an announcement that the deal won't go down) should be considered BS.
According to David Hawn's last email, offer letters will come in mid December.
It's clear no one has a clue thoe percentages are reductions not increase
