That is so disgusting and immoral to take that when they have been laying off hundreds of people over the last year or so. You know, he could give it back if he really cared about the company. It has been done in other companies before where there actions actually fallow their words.
Yes a performance bonus of $114,800.,or 40% of his annual salary of $278,000. I guess it does not matter whether the performance was good or bad. I have a feeling there will be many more pulling the cord on the golden parachutes soon enough...
