Looks like the deal is signed with ECMC. Two board meetings scheduled, not sure if they have already been held or when. Meetings were held on Friday to discuss specific sections of the deal where clarification was need for certain locations of data. Big highlight was the DOJ and others, in writing, has given ECMC immunity from future lawsuits. Unsure of the current ones. Hang tight

There may be a regulation FD requirement that shortens the time, if the information is released to certain others before the 8-k is filed.

Sorry that is all I know. Socle is included and I am not lying and what I reported on was only in my sphere of work. I do know Canada schools and Heald are not part but Heald could be a secondary purchase from ECMC or someone else. Not sure when the announcement will be made but the 8-k does not have to wait until the market closes
What more do you know about this deal? Which schools? Which campuses? How much is the purchase price?
