Only those fortunate people with naturally high levels of endorphins actually love their jobs, no matter where they are, but after you've worked the same job for 10 years, you kind of accept it into your daily routine. For some people letting go isn't an easy option for financial and personal reasons. They won't be cutting the cord just because a post on an obscure bulletin board told them they should.
People would've left if they could have. They have, you know, bills to pay, kids to feed, roofs to put over their heads. Those kinds of things. Who honestly likes working there? Look around the place. It's the Working Dead.
