732, agreed. Obviously OP is unclear about the number of Heald campuses across the country and that they all have different leases and not all were owned by Heald to begin with.

ALL of the campuses. Heald sold the properties in a "lease back". Heald got $40 million with the buyer renting the properties back to CCI. The $40 million is long gone paying for CCI operations including Jack's paycheck. Heald isn't making enough money to pay the rent.
