314: "....students have moved on to universities....." Most of our student can't spell university, let alone be accepted at one. Thant said, I agree that there is little or nothing of value left at CCI schools that would attract a buyer.
ECMC has to be the most stupid company ever to buy into such a corrupted and broken company,,they are going to let the ones that mismanaged it, run it again? I don't think so..the schools enrollment and retention is almost nill,,,the students have moved on to universities or community colleges...Its over..we cannot reorganize in bankruptcy...ECMC couldn't want to get into that..They probally took a long look and said...aw hell nawl.

Bosic doesn't have the credentials to be running any large organization. Who might we blame for CCI's crashing and burning? How about a COO who has only an undergraduate degree.

Don't care where he's going. Remember I said this.I've been in retail during acquisition and it will be horrible especially if ECMC knows nothing about schools. We are enormous. You ever been apart of an acquisition?

Maybe the DOE, the California AG and/or ECMC did not want him to stay on. Strong possibility. They would also mean that if he has been told that he will not move forward, then there is a future to move forward to. The other reason could be that he was offered a short term contract and refused or accepted and needs to resign to accept it. No one knows.
What we do know is that a company is intetested, due diligence is being executed and we are waiting for an answer. Anything else posted or discussed is conjecture.

The problem is we are dealing with other side who needs help for a second and then put their trusted people in place. That's what's nerve racking.
RVP: What "updates" have you received? Are they from this board? If so, consider the source. Maybe Bob simply received a great offer and is moving away from this less than exemplary industry.
You're correct, but the updates we received said ECMC has no school experience so what top trusted people do they have that they can they put in place? that's the fear I'm hearing.
Bob is no different than the rest of us. If a great opportunity comes along most of us will take it. Bob was one of the good guys at corporate so it's no surprise that another company somewhere would make him an offer to move on. Besides, the people most likely to loose their jobs in a sale would be the ones at the top. For the top management positions most companies are going to use their own trusted people to fill those spots.
