I've worked with him. he's old school management: manage by fear and intimidation. He's a bully, arrogant, and a general yes-man who is out for only himself. he will call a meeting with you, not even look at you during the meeting, then swivel his chair around with his back to you to let you know he doesn't want to hear any more. He was never very nice to the women either -- unless they somewhat flirted with him. he's quickly getting an advanced degree on CCi's dime (I'm sure) to make himself quasi-marketable when the ship sinks.
