Strange that the only new hires are from kmart, sears and office max - retailers that are nearing the end of their lives after poor management and decision making. Noone from a solid retailer like Dick's is joining Follett. Nepotism is alive and well.

What kind of question is that! Smart talent does not join company in decline, unless they can get a quick payout in stock options and bonuses.
They are all a bunch of a-holes, who don't care about qualifications or quality. They are going to leave quite a mess when they leave or get ousted. At least they all should be jumping ship, once one of the locusts gets into another company .
