I took a break from burning ants with daddy's magnifying glass to write you all today. While I just turned 18, L-3 CSW was nice enough to promote me to Director at my daddy's recommendation. Daddy, as you know, is a life-long employee of CSW, and I aim to follow in his footsteps. I've counted enough beans in my 18 years to know how to run a business (into the ground...), and I learned enough from (the now involuntarily retired) Steve Hall to recite the five letters of the acronym CADRE to my staff so they are as equipped as I am to handle the business of the day (Blue Shirt or not!). Personally, I think you have all been working too little. I'm glad your 4-10 is coming to an end. Daddy says it's best to work 7 days a week, 10 hours each day. Steve Hall used to say "Courteous, Academic...", wait, that the best manager BURNS the midnight oil, and then burns his competition before they can earn promotion. I miss Steve. But I won't miss the 4-10 work week. Here's to my new work week.... "24-7s". Sincerely (the Best Employee you know),
Jason BURNhisel
When will this take affect and what will be the shifts available?
