Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

New late posting policy

It is horrible this quarter, students are not doing any work! Worst I have ever seen! I believe it is a combination of the Everest new policy allowing late posting (word has finally gotten around) and the students not believing the school will come through these financial problems. I suspect all we have now as students are those that live on the stipend. The "real" students carried me through in the past, now all I have is the welfare suckers. I never have seen such a drastic change in student involvement in the class, its really odd.

Everest needs to change the late posting policy now, if they are ever to get students to pass in large numbers!

You have to be joking...how can the late policy kill the already trashed credibility of the school? Anyone worth their salt knows an Everest degree isn't worth much more than toilet paper. It has been this way since it began.

Please...the late policy has nothing to do with the student's success. The student will either do the work or they won't. Many will half ass the work. Regardless of when they have to submit the work it is done or it isn't and in most cases it isn't done very well.

Most of these students don't pass because they can't tell the difference between "I" and "i" and "their, they're, there". These students just fell off the turnip truck.
