The wait is taking it's toll at my campus. We are so desperate for any information I keep coming back to this site in hopes there is something that someone posts that at least sounds like it is has some truth to it. Either way it lands, all we want is some answers. This carrot dangling in front of my face is getting old, but I only hope the people I have worked with/for the last 10 years will have it in their hearts to share the knowledge they have and let us know what is really going on. Not knowing my financial future is rough - but I love where I work and I'm in for the long haul.

Facebook, you would make a great addition to the academic team at EUO given recent developments. I bet you couuld find out wtf this BS about laptops
No one censors the Face.......no one.
Go Junior!
LOL Face, seriously, you have been the worst among the bullies. I have my moments, and I occasionally bust someone up. Fess up, you've been censored for posting factual information that hits a nerve and indicates outcomes. And thank you for never using the term "fact of the matter".
Finally, someone played the bully card. Drink! Meathead!
I wouldn't waste your time for answers on this board. Very few employees post anymore. Bullies and trolls ran everyone off. But now you understand why. Vultures. But, in the end, they won't get any information out of me. Even when I have it.
OP: I have been in this scenario before and agree that the waiting - without valid updates - is very challenging. The regulatory restrictions and the necessarily private nature of the sale negotiations (if there is a sale pending...) are such that we will likely hear nothing of value until the process is complete. The DOE has already determined when this process will end (12/31?), so we at least know that there will be news by then. Hang in there - but be sure you have a plan B.....
Self selecting student population - they didn't have to sign up to attend one of the CCI schools if they didn't want to and most of us did the best we could with the hands that we were dealt in the classroom.
looks like my post brought out not only the obnoxious people on this board, but some of those that are feeling a lot like I am. Hard to say I didn't cause this mess so why is my position in jeopardy because others didn't follow the rules or maybe they were pushed so hard and threatened that they did the wrong thing - I know I hear the rants from higher ups demanding results - not just at my campus but throughout the region. I'm just venting here - have to just say the things I've been thinking about for months and I know that there are many of us feeling the same way - however, at the campus the sounds of silence is deafening.
Yes, the opportunity to be ripped off with a third world education at Harvard prices ! You can keep that opportunity
Original poster - I am an investor and appreciate your post. The manipulative and vile short-sellers on this site can't possibly be a part of the CCi organization, and I believe that you are, and that there are many like you who I truly hope that management, the DOE, potential buyers, and all other powers that be take care of in consideration of the dedicated, positive role that you've performed in the education of so many, so many who wouldn't likely have had the opportunity elsewhere.
176 First insult the OP then ask a question. You must not be very bright.
No, the OP tries to fix your mistakes.
She hands out toner.........
If you've been at CCi for ten years and are still proud to be loyal to them, you either can't be very bright or must work in a very insulated work environment. "Campus level staff" doesn't give us much to go on. What do you actually do?
