Are RVPs senior executives? What about play along campus presidents?
What about the many HR reps. who held exit interviews with campus presidents and betrayed an employee's confidence?
Cut loose the above or all else is BS!!!

Oops...sorry (I've never posted to the main board before). Second time a success!
If ECMC wants some good advice, here it is. CCi is the most top-heavy company I've ever worked for. The way the career path works at Socle is (1) start really sucking up to anyone in management, (2) be admitted into the boys' club and be assigned 1-2 "workers" who report to you, (3) let them do all the work while you hang out with your buddies, and (4) feel free to be as abusive as you like since you're now in the club and untouchable. You think I'm joking but I'm not. You can cut payroll expenses by about 50% and still maintain all of the functionality. Us workers aren't aimless, insecure types who need someone to direct us. We've long gone without training, direction, leadership, etc. Just let us do our jobs!
643 - I like that! I think it should be its own post...

52624: The biggest threat to the new venture being successful is the deadly combination of ECMC's lack of experience along with our managers' and HR's brilliant ability to lie, cheat and steal their way through life. They've shown time and time again that there is no unethical depth to which they will not dive. These poor, naive bastards have no idea what they've gotten themselves into. I for one am still looking to get out. I can't see this thing going well.
ECMC needs to be diligent in confidentially interviewing employees to find out what's been going on here, in which case we should see changeover of pretty much all management and HR. If they don't do that, they will learn the hard way that this is a sick, sick culture. The changes will still happen, but it might be too late to save the new system. The biggest threat to the new venture being successful is ECMC's lack of experience.
Was just pointing out that the article stated senior executives will go but didn't indicate what that means.
Regardles you guys are correct there are many others must be cut loose or evil wins out.
Ron, don't take it personally. You and everyone else, esp students, are a means to an end for the predators at CCi. As noted before, this IS CCi's culture: Screw anyone / everyone you can to promote yourself, but be sure to cover your tracks.
Ron WTF are you yacking about. We all know RVP are useless as with the Campus presidents. They all knew illegal activates were going on and turned a blind eye to collect a pay cheek. False student grades, false job placements, misleading finical aid discussion. The old motto still stands "asses in classes".
