Worked for Sears Auto in NJ for nearly 18 years part time. ASE certified, team player. Job dissolved on a day's notice with no severance pay at all. No loyalty for their employees. Greatly disappointed in this company.

All Auto Centers will be shut down
The outlook of Sears Automotive Centers is to remove Sears from the automotive business and lease the autocenter space to a third party to operate.
You will bounce back although the initial shock is difficult. I was laid off two months ago, found a new job and very happy. Employers are looking for good employees. And companies treat their employees better than Sears and Kmart
