I just got our newest phone extension list. Comparing it to one I got a couple of years ago, there are a LOT fewer workers, but somehow even MORE managers. How in the heck does that even happen? They do nothing!!!

242: Ouch, that's harsh! It made me think back over my 7 years at two campuses and CSC, though. My numbers would differ from yours, but I was surprised by how little. Yeah, we've really had a rotating circus of management doofuses (doofi?) in this company, haven't we?
In terms of how many honest, knowledgeable, hard-working staff we have, I'd estimate 10% at Directors level or higher, 20% at manager level, and at least 70% below that. It sounds disgruntled, but those are really the numbers I've come up with after working at EUO and Socle for several years each.
Regarding content of the OP, we all know what happened to both indians and chiefs in the long run, don't we?
