Apply gainful employment regulation standards and consequences to all programs for seven years.
Require all recruiting calls be recorded and allow state and federal officials to monitor a random sample.

Wow, at this point there's like a 10% chance that ECMC will still exist, in any form, 5 years from now. What were they smoking when they thought up the bright idea of buying a diseased and despised company that nobody else wanted and that powerful entities want put out of its misery? It sure wasn't weed!
The coalition request by itself should make ECMC shit themselves.
ECMC won't put up with this nonsense and simply back out of the deal.
