Thread regarding GE Oil & Gas layoffs

Will there be layoffs at GE Oil & Gas in 2015?

Given everything that's happening with oil prices, do you think GE will be suffering layoffs next year. If yes, who might be affected the most and do you think this might hit us in Q1 or Q2.

GE should help out the people who really work, yes the people who make the product and stop shipping the crap over seas and treat the working man right. Give better benefits and pay. Get rid of the 10 managers to watch managers. What is the point of having people sit in their office and do nothing but BS on the phone and surf the Internet and do their job.

GE is so big into hiring fresh out of college kids that think they know what they are doing, what a joke! They pay them crap and try and get rid of the older guys who know what the hell is going on.

GE is just digging a hole and might as well jump in it because they are the laughing stock of the oil business.

You know the saying too many chiefs and not enough indians. Welcome to GE over worked and underpaid. - Good Luck
