"If I do everything they say and never stick up for myself it will be appreciated and my employer will feel loyalty toward me and I will be safe and happy and well rewarded." Are you new to this planet? When has it EVER worked out that way? Be as meek and passive aggressive as you want. It's why people like me move up.
