brining in freshouts and interns. the students would do well to review this board and glassdoor to find out more than the campus presentations portray

Good post, agree 100%, used to recruit for SLB, this is an accurate outline of what's going on
The machine never stops, also, it is just too big to halt. Also, they need presence on campuses. So, let's say they go to UT Austin and typically get 30 kids every year, this year they will do the routine, do student fairs, resume workshops just to maintain presence and advertise SLB, they never tell students how many spots we have open. At the end, we might decide to bring 2 super bright kids instead of 30 just to keep the ball rolling
