Its interesting to see, how leads and supervisors that threw others under the bus to save their necks, will likely be fired soon. Those people that said "I just need to hold on 5 more years for my kid to get out of school". Or those who said "All companies have dead-weight (its ok to have some here)". In other occasions I would hear "It has always been like this, Its better to look the other way".
Guess what, you are next. Soon there will not be any more left to supervise, and your job will be cut. It is your time to get transitioned. Those tears, are crocodile tears.
