A career in for profit education

It's really sad to see people bounce from one for-profit school to another to another to another. It's kind of like a drug that you don't want to be addicted to. Someone gets promoted beyond their credentials, and realize that they won't be able to make that kind of living anywhere else, except at another for-profit school. So what do they do, they go to another school, and when the gravy train runs out there, they go to another, and another, and another. Like a heroin addict looking for their next fix. They end up playing a life of ping pong, shuffling between schools. Pity these people.

I saw a guy go from former AI student, to be a teacher at a different for-profit then within a year moved to AI as a director, then moved again they made him AI president of one of their newer schools. Totally unqualified I might add. He never had all the industry experience he put on his CV but no one bothered to really check. He is making bank right now I am sure. Hear he is miserable to work for, but that's nothing new. He is literally a product of EDMC.

LOL...you people crack me up! As a former AM and Rep I can tell you EDMC is kinda like crack...gotta have some more..but in reality after leaving I make more now vs working for EDMC. Remember...all of you...and myself...EDMC made me one hell of a liar and transitioning into another sales gig is easy....try it!!! You will like leaving that shit hole and look back as i do and laugh...peace....

The problem is that becuase they were good at lying to students, they got promoted into unrealistic positions with criminally high salaries. They only place they are remotely "worth" this kind of money is at another fraudulent for-profit school. Most companies would look at these people, look at their experience, laugh, possibly spit on them, and move on to more qualifed people. The for-profit schools are recognized as a joke.

@Anonymous59425, maybe there should be retraining for those who were in particular positions.

I'm pretty sure that's what most people do dumbass. If you're a doctor/engineer/professor or whatever your career may be you're not going to just switch careers like that. That's why people stay in the industry they are comfortable with. You ignorant prick.
