Lose the 10 Executives and Managers who only shuffle artists from show to show = $1.8M a year

Lose the 2 Producers per show (min of 2) x 4 shows = $1.4M a year

Lose Production not assigned to actual shows = $1.4M a year

Stop ridiculous technology initiatives = $20M a year

Add health benefits and bonuses.

I just saved PDI.

1,000,000% agree with studio.adb and More math.

Torch/Premo/Apollo/NextGen/Proprietary Renderer/blah blah blah. An empire building vanity play designed to bolster egos and pad resumes. A complete boondoggle and total waste of money. Increase efficiencies and reduce show costs? Tell me more. Flush the whole mess down the toilet and bring in commercial and open source tools. Need a new studio pipeline? Nuke/Houdini/Modo/Mantra/Maya/Python/AWS. There you go. The R&D staff are unemployable anywhere else which is why they have created fortress proprietary at DWA. Ed/Jim/Lincoln/Evan/Jeff/Andrew/Neil and their lackeys have increased costs, increased production times, decreased efficiency and wasted 100's of millions of dollars and left the company with a steaming pile of unstable and partially complete technology. Do a complete reset on this mess and clean house.

How about we just get rid of JK and bring in someone with business sense and vision. That'd solve most of the issues we have.

LAY OFF 100% of arrogant, roach motel "Anim Tech" "employees", start over with a CLEAN and FREE slate (Blender, Aqsis, Python etc.), couple these with AWS Cloud Rendering and Nuke etc., bring down "tech" costs to miniscule amounts.

There, I just saved JK, $100M or more. Can I please stay on, and get a RAISE, maybe?
