It looks like they are shifting the headquarters out of CA in order to complete the deal. They could then operate as they are now. Well played!
Yeah, OP, I have a feeling there's going to be an abrupt end to the Cali schools. No mention of any potential sale at any CSC update meetings. I'm surprised that there are still staff members left, considering that this thing has been coming since May. That's 8 months of warning guys.
