This is correct, no Oil operations in Sugar Land for HAL (at least to my knowledge)... A few years back we bought a software company called Knowledge Systems, they were located in Sugar Land. I was on the acquisition team at the time. Since then I left HAL, so I do not know if they are still over there. If yes, HAL would technically have 'some' employees over there....

HAL doesn't have any offices at Sugar Land. However, BHI has the chemicals group operating there with several units that have no relation to oil services. It would appear a larger proportion of personnel ill have to be let go at the BHI Sugar Land site simply because these folks will not find a home at HAL.
