Unused vacation

Does anybody know if they will pay that or it's your bad luck that you didn't spend it.

Releasing employees is always cold but the managers doing it are being directed to do so by those above. I can say that I have been compassionate and accommodating as I can be with employees, these are people I have worked with for years and are very concerned for their well being. Who knows I could be next after those who have gone in front of me.

Business is business, I've been here for 30 years and understand this

You don't get paid for unused personal days. Always use those first, then vacation.

Yes you will get paid for unused vacation time. Remember when you get a package it is all in one cheque. They do not break it out for you. They are cold and it's business.
