This would never be a merger, this could be an acquisition of WFT by HAL only. I do not see this happening but they are so much bigger and in such a better financial position that it'd be crazy to even think that we'd be able to negotiate with them on the equal footing.

No, Halliburton bought pinnacle optics to compete with our optical gauge and flow technology. I highly doubt they'd merge with WFT, unless they agreed on product line purchases.
That would effectively form a monopoly
