Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Jumping Ship

So many great people are leaving Follett. It's a shame really. This whole One Follett

idea is a complete disaster.

There's the "Guaranteed Incentive" (GI) at grade 16 and higher. It's 20% of your base pay.

Six plans? What are they? STI (yearly bonus), LTI ("stocks" for grade 14 and higher)...

There are at least 6 bonus plans. The rest of them are still paying out. It is just the STI that is not paying anything.

Guys, when they said "One Follett", they meant " One bonus plan".

FVC will further add to your decline. Look at the performance of that segment. Look at the facts it looks like they are stacking up against FSS

They just want to weigh FSS down so we never make their numbers. Makes me angry they way they set us up to fail.

There is no one Follett. Multiple functions and warehouses etc. In fact, they are moving a dead business from FHEG to FSS. No one at FHEG is disappointed.

If we are "One Follett" why are we are still split into two divisions - FHEG and FSS. How is that One Follett?
