So, if Follett and MLS prode themselves on being leaders in the industry, I wonder which company #2 is directed towards. It's not looking good for Follett or B&N.

GREAT STRATEGY: 1. get students buying from you at a young age for the long haul, 2. enter an industry that is known for poor service, high prices and not caring about customers 3. Use the "school pickup distribution center" to service all customers in the area improving delivery times across the board. Look at the expected rent that the schools expect to receive.
