Do you have any feedback on how is it to work at Scottrade? I saw a few posts on working at Scottrade and they seem to be written by HR for advertising puposes. I would like to see if I can get a real employee feedback on working over there, something that's not biased and would provide me with a bit better idea of working culture and the overall state of organization. Do you like it over there? How is morale? How about promotion prospects, etc? Anything that has to do with the assessment of how is it to work for Scottrade would be great. Thanks!
