Jim Hobby told the center that recent survey information shows that only 25% of people are looking for jobs outside the company. It must be because the other 75% are overpaid unqualified leaders. I've always said we have way too many douchebag leaders, this just proves it. I wouldn't be looking if I was them either!

At my campus nobody trusts the "confidentiality" of these surveys and sure as heck won't respond honestly, especially since it's not going to lead to anything better anyway. So, as with the silly compliance trainings, click click click whatever done.

Jim is a"Spin Doctor" You need to realise that many folks are looking but will not report such in a survey for concerns of retaliation. If polling errors are commonly recognized at 4% and in consideration of the foregoing, the number is probably closer to 30 -35% of the work force.
