Am hearing that the EMEA (UK, Ireland and France especially) and Global teams have all lost some colleagues i KNOW were seriously extraordinary performers. Guys who gave there all for Citrix. It's baffling, disappointing and makes me fear for this company we all feel (felt) so passionately about.

I, for the life of me, cannot figure out what criteria they based their decisions on. NA and EMEA were heavily hit relative to India and China. It figures. That's where they want to move their operations to. We've been Bangalored.
