Thread regarding SAE Institute (formerly the School of Audio Engineering) layoffs

Losing students

Are any of the other campuses losing students still to the SAP policy? Are we addressing this yet?

I don't know how we can sustain on this. Hoping for Atlanta to pull through again.

Its frustrating from an admissions pount of view because it increases our goals to make up for the loss of students

Yes. Too many. We are stuck in between a rock and a hard place. We will most likely go very lenient again and have issues with the DOE or Accreditation. Or we can continue losing students. No one is monitoring it though.

Always. But it will be a while until it gets addressed appropriately. No one longer works at SAE who has any credible experience to address this. The new guy doesn't know education policy as he should. But he was pretty light on experience to begin with. And the Student Services guy is pretty much useless in any capacity.
