Yes, most Art Institute students are below 2.0
As EDMC Management, I applaud the Presidents decision to make the first 2 years free. According the plan, all you will need is a GPA of 2.5 or higher to attend. This will not affect our bottom line at all since that is usually the highest GPA that ever walks through our doors.
As ABC News says, it's more of a "political pipe dream." But more progressive states can do this.
