Palo Alto subscribes to the Don't Ask Don't Tell type of Culture. It is a ZERO SUM GAME to Human Resources and Personnel. Employees are always wrong. Ethics and Corporate Compliance Policies are never enforced. And any/all managers can push out anyone they want at any point in time, but are highly encouraged to do so in the final month of the FY. That's why so many people just evaporated. 2 years ago employees protested wearing suggestive provocative t shirts to #BHUSA2023 and then were let go shortly there after. The House Always wins at Palo Alto. They don't enforce any workplace rules or proper employee management. You get punished if you speak up. ZERO SUM GAME 🎯
