@iiw- those projections were most certainly softballed. Only an idiot would actually believe we would LOSE revenues during the busiest time of the year. Furthermore they lowered the projections again after they did the big stock buyback. As for falling prices, they weren't falling at first. I help with price changes so I know firsthand that most of the changes were UP back in September and only started coming down, aka back to where they were, more recently when the stock market and oil prices started tanking. Food is a commodity just like the rest. As for the sales, we still make like 40% margin on those too. Even the BOGOs.
