As a Cigna Medicare Employee, news of this sale has actually given me hope. I've been wanting out of Cigna due to the sinking work culture. I used to have recruiters reaching out to me all the time with job offers in 2020 & 2021. When Cigna decided to implement the d-mb FOW, I finally decided to apply for other remote jobs mid 2023. Now that I am actively seeking remote employment elsewhere, things are a lot different. I've applied to over 15 remote jobs that I am more than qualified for, received e-mails/automated response confirming I am qualified, and referred for hiring, but not a single interview or call. Competition for remote jobs in 2023/2024 is fierce. The only jobs I can find call backs and interviews are for Hybrid local jobs. I know it's very optimistic to think this way, but I hope this sale makes changes in our work culture and structure for the better. Things are going downhill and I would embrace HCCS to save us from Cordani. #Firecordani
Cigna failures start with the top. This is falls on David Cordani leadership. His ambitions haven fallen short because their was no real plan to make it happen. Every year of few months there were a new set of inconsistent goals and vaporware. David thought he can just wish for success and his Employees will magically make it happen. #FireCordani
in reply to the whistle blower: I think because they're not directly manipulating market prices, they're just making numbers look better by laying us hard workers off. The less money spent on workers the "more" money they'll have on the books. Thats probably why q3 numbers came in good. #FireCordani

What did you think of the 3rd Qt performance video that David Cordani pushed out on Iris today? According to him, we performed great 3rd quarter and we had good growth which I interpret to he cut cost and jobs. He still hasn't addressed the layoffs and leaves it his subordinates. #FireCordani
