I joined few months back only and laid off today. Very unfair and no justification for laid off otherthan giving excuse for business restructuring.
If they have this restructuring in their plan, it must have been decided few months back not a day or a month ago. So they should not have hired guys months back.
Its alarming situation for newly hired and someone who is planning to join Oracle in coming months.
